Wajir County Fiscal Strategy Paper 2020 Wajir County Fiscal Strategy Paper (CFSP) 2020 is prepared as provided for in section 117 of PFM Act of 2012. It sets out the county priority programs for implementation in the FY 2020/21 and in the medium term as per the MTEF. The preparation of this document has been extensively collaborative and consultative and therefore reflects the needs and aspiration of the people. The document has also been aligned to the county and national policy documents key among them the County Integrated Development Plan (CIDP), County Annual Development Plan, The national medium term plan (MTP 2018-22) and the vision 2030.
