Narok County Fiscal Strategy Paper 2021 The 2021 County Fiscal Strategy Paper (CFSP) is prepared in an environment of economic suppression occasioned by the adverse effects of COVID 19 pandemic. The Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) has continued to cause serious challenges not only overburdening the health care systems but also causing massive losses in the economy. Prior to the manifestation and before the effects of COVID 19 and its impacts began to be felt in the County it was believed that the virus would not last for long. As a result, financial projections assumed a normal operating environment. This has, however, changed following the wide spreading pandemic that has led to interruption in County Government’s development agenda.
