The Turkana County Integrated Development Plan (CIDP) is a comprehensive blue print&#13;

the county in the realization of social economic transformation of the residents.&#13;
The CIDP complies with the constitutional requirement for public involvement in policy&#13;
formulation. It therefore contains conclusions and inputs from Wards, Sub-Counties, and&#13;
county professionals including those in major towns and cities. It summarizes in details the&#13;
plans and the projects as identified by the local people to address specific and broad strongly&#13;
expressed issues and challenges during the county wide - community consultative meetings.&#13;
