<title>Samburu County Integrated Development Plan 2018-2022</title>
<link>https://repository.kippra.or.ke/handle/123456789/802</link>
<description>Samburu County Integrated Development Plan 2018-2022
Kenya’s Constitution 2010 brought in far-reaching changes in the way that government operates and&#13;
relates to its citizens, with a view to making it more fair, efficient, transparent and accountable. The&#13;
constitution envisages that County Governments shall spearhead development at the County level with&#13;
a view to bridging the developmental disparities. The citizens expect improved service delivery and a&#13;
governance system that values and promotes their aspirations for efficient and effective service delivery.&#13;
The County Integrated Development Plan (2018-2022) was prepared in accordance with Articles 220(2)&#13;
of the Constitution.
