<title>Laikipia County Integrated Development Plan 2013-2017</title>
<link>https://repository.kippra.or.ke/handle/123456789/931</link>
<description>Laikipia County Integrated Development Plan 2013-2017
he Laikipia County Integrated Development Plan (CIDP) 2013-2017 is the first development&#13;
blue print for the county. It establishes the path that the county will follow over the next five&#13;
years. It is prepared in line with the Kenya Vision 2030 and the Medium Term Plan 2013-2017.&#13;
It provides a detailed description of the development issues, the county’s resource potential and&#13;
offers a basis for resource allocation. This forms a platform on roles and responsibilities to the&#13;
stakeholders and provides a baseline against which development milestones can be evaluated. In&#13;
addition, the profile provides summarized information on the county as a tool for effective&#13;
decision making, planning, monitoring and evaluation.
