During the period under review the County Government continued with deepening of the programme based approach adopted in the previous. The outcome of the budget review revealed a stable macroeconomic environment at the National level and the County level. The total County receipts amounted to Ksh 11.787 billion against a revised target of Ksh 13.684 Billion. The County Government received full transfers from the targeted National transfers.
