The Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) has continued to cause serious challenges not only overburdening the health care systems but also causing massive losses in the economy. Prior to the manifestation and before the effects of COVID 19 and its impacts began to be felt in the County it was believed that the virus would not last for long. As a result, financial projections assumed a normal operating environment. This has, however, changed following the wide spreading pandemic that has led to interruption in County Government’s development agenda.
