Abstract
The Annual Development Plan outlines, policies, projects and programmes that will be implemented in the financial year 2019/2020 which are intended to improve the quality life and wellbeing for residents of this county. The Annual Development Plan outlines, policies, projects and programmes that will be implemented in the financial year 2019/2020 which are intended to improve the quality life and wellbeing for residents of this county. The preparation of this plan was carried out through consultation process among the various sub sectors in respective sectors or departments in identifying programmes and projects which will be funded and implemented in the Financial Year 2019/2020.
