The Annual Development Plan (ADP) 2017/18 was prepared in accordance with section 126 of Public Finance Management Act 2012. The ADP lays the foundation for the next financial year and sets out the priority projects and programmes for sustainable economic growth as well as addressing the development challenges facing the county. This ADP will guide the implementation of projects and programmes from each county department as they are stipulated in the County Integrated Development Plan (CIDP). The projects and programmes prioritised in the ADP 2017/18 are aligned to the CIDP, Kenya Vision 2030 and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
