Abstract

This 2017 County Fiscal Strategy Paper (CFSP) sets out the county's priority programs to be implemented under the 2017/18–2019/20 FY’s Medium Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF) and aligns the aspirations of the county with those of the national government as stated in the 2017 Budget Policy Statement (BPS).
