In accordance wIth the provision of the Guarantee (Loan) Act (Cap 461) of the Laws of Kenya, the following information is laid before the National Assembly for consideration and approval, The Tana & Athi Rivers Development Authority is a wholly owned Government Parastatal which was established under the Tana & Athi Rivers Development Act (Cap 443 of the Laws of Kenya) of 1974.
