Abstract

The County Fiscal Strategy Paper (CFSP), 2020 highlights policy priorities for the County Government which will be implemented in 2020/21 FY and over the Medium Term. These priorities are anchored in the County Integrated Development Plan (2018-2022), and it’s Annual Development Plan for 2020/21 FY.
