Abstract/
The County Fiscal Strategy Paper (CFSP 2020) is the third to be prepared under the current administration. The CFSP is prepared as provided under Section 117 of PFM Act of 2012. The CFSP 2020 has been prepared against the backdrop of the two year in the implementation of the CIDP 2018-2022 and the Governor agenda for transformation espoused in the Governors Manifesto, and the National Big Four Agenda in MTP III (2018-2022).
