Abstract/ Overview
This Annual Development Plan presents the county government ministerial priorities, proposals and development programmes for financial year 2019/2020. The FY 2019/20 – 2021/22 MTEF budget will be anchored on the county government’s economic and transformation agenda as enshrined in the County Integrated Development Plan (2018-2022), the third Medium Term Plan of Kenya Vision 2030, the ‘Big Four’ agenda and the Governor’s Manifesto.
