dc.description.abstract | This Social Protection budget brief is among five (5) budget briefs which seek to identify the extent to which the needs of children are addressed by the national budget and social sector budgets in Kenya. The brief offers insights on effectiveness, equity and adequacy of social protection spending. The main objective of the analysis is to put forth recommendations that can inform decision-making.
