The County Budget Review and Outlook Paper (CBROP) is prepared in line section 118 of the Public Finance Management (PFM) Act, 2012. The paper reviews the fiscal performance of the county for the financial year 2017/2018; the updated macro-economic and financial forecasts; and deviations from the approved CFSP 2018 and provides the background and reasons for such deviations. The objective of CBROP is to provide a review of the previous fiscal performance and how this impacts the financial objectives and fiscal responsibility principles to be set out in the CFSP.
