Samburu County Fiscal Strategy Paper 2020

Abstract

The preparation of the 2020 CFSP was achieved through consultation and co-operation between all County departments and development partners. It sets out broad strategic priorities and policy goals that will guide the Samburu County Government in preparing its budget over the medium term and for the Financial Year 2020/2021. In summary it have the following components; performance, priorities, projections, and sector ceilings .Public participation was done from the village up to the sub county levels. More strategic information was also obtained from the county sector working groups and other government agencies.
