Makueni County Fiscal Strategy Paper 2021

Abstract

The 2021 County Fiscal Strategy Paper is the 8th to be prepared by the County Government. The FY 2021/22 budget will be geared towards stimulating the growth of the local economy after the negative effects of COVID 19 pandemic. The proposed interventions will leverage on the interventions of the Post COVID-19 Economic Recovery Strategy (ERS) which will mitigate the adverse impacts of the Pandemic on the economy and further re-position the economy on a steady and sustainable growth trajectory.
