Isiolo County Annual Development Plan 2021/2022

Abstract

The Annual Development Plan (ADP) 2021/22 is the fourth in a series of successive one year medium term plans which will implement the Programmes identified under the second County Integrated Development Plan (CIDP) 2018-22. The ADP describes how the County Government is responding to changes in the financial and economic environment towards the programmes to be delivered with details for each programme including the strategic priorities to which the programme will contribute to; the services or goods to be provided; the measurable indicators of performance where feasible; and the budget allocated to the programme.
