Abstract/
The County Fiscal Strategy Paper (CFSP) sets out the county policy goals and strategic priorities that will be the basis for formulation of the County’s Financial Year 2021/2022 budget and the Medium-Term projections. The objective of the document is to highlight some of the fiscal strategies and plans the County Government has in the financing of the priorities for the period FY 2021/22 to meet its overall objective of improving the livelihoods of its citizens.
