The County Budget Review and Outlook Paper (CBROP), 2020 has been prepared in accordance with the Public Finance Management (PFM) Act, 2012 and its Regulations. The objective of the County Budget Review and Outlook Paper (CBROP), 2020 is to provide a review of fiscal performance for the FY 2019/20 and how this performance impacts on the financial objectives and fiscal responsibility principles set out in the PFM Act and outlined in the County Fiscal Strategy Paper(CFSP), 2020.
