Machakos County Budget Review and Outlook Paper 2019

Abstract

The Machakos County Budget Review and Outlook Paper 2019 was prepared pursuant to Section 118 of the Public Financial Management Act, 2012. The 2019 CBROP aims to provide a review of the fiscal performance for the FY 2018/2019 and how the outcomes impacted the County’s financial objective and fiscal responsibility principles as envisaged in the PFM Act 2012 and CFSP 2019. This information alongside other emerging issues will provide the basis for revising the current budget FY 2019/20 via supplementary budget proposals.
