Abstract/ Overview
The 2017 Annual President’s Report is the 5th on the measures taken and progress achieved in the realisation of National Values and Principles of Governance in conformity with the Constitution. This is pursuant to the requirements of Article 132(1)(c)(i)(ii) where H.E. the President reports every year in an address to the nation on all the measures taken and the progress achieved in the realisation of National Values and Principles of Governance. The Report comprises of five chapters that illustrate measures and progress made by Government in the implementation of projects, programmes, activities to enhance the promotion of National Values and Principles of Governance in the public sector. The measures and progress are in the context of policy, legal, institutional and administrative actions taken by MCDAs in compliance with Article 10 of the Constitution
