    This Sessional paper is a summary of the transfer process of Government property to Starehe Boys' Centre. Starehe Boys Centre was established in 1959 as a centre to give care and education to needy boys. This move by the government has been informed by the expansion of the centre, which has seen the number of enrolment increase thus, requiring more facilities for accommodate the growing school population.
