Sessional Paper No. 03 of 1957/58 on Double Taxation Agreement with the Union of South Africa

Abstract

This Sessional paper is a draft of an agreement between the East African territory proposed to enter into with the Government or the Union of South Africa for the relief of Double Taxation. This Agreement shall also apply to any other taxes or a substantially similar character imposed in the Union of South Africa or the East African territory after this Agreement has come into force.
