    Abstract/Overview

    On the 16th June, 1959, the Kenya Legislative Council approved the proposals set out in Sessional Paper No. 6 of 1958/59 and thus authorized the transfer of stores and equipment to the Boards of Governors which had then been established for ten African Secondary Schools and six African Teacher Training Colleges. The same Sessional Paper explained that the Kagumo School stores were at the time of valuation included with those of the Kagumo Teacher Training College and that the Kericho School stores were purchased from the beginning by the Board of Governors...
