    Abstract/Overview

    In accordance with section 5 of the Guarantee (Loans) Act, the following informat ion is laid before t he National Assembly in connection wit h proposed guarantees by the Government of three agreements entered into by the Nzoia Sugar Company Limited to procure, establish, and finance a sugar factory and plantation complex at Nzoia in the Western Province of Kenya.
