Bungoma County Annual Development Plan 2019/2020

Abstract

The Annual Development Plan is divided into five chapters as described herein; Chapter one provides a short description of the county in terms of the location; size; demographic profiles; administrative and political units. Chapter two provides a summary of what was planned and what was achieved by the sector/sub sector. Chapter three provides a summary of what is being planned by the county. This includes key broad priorities and performance indicators. Chapter four presents a summary of the proposed budget by programme and sector/ sub sector awaiting approval by the County Assembly. Chapter five discusses the county monitoring and evaluation framework as outlined in the County Integrated Monitoring and Evaluation System (CIMES).
