Abstract

This County Fiscal Strategy Paper 2021 has been prepared in compliance with the provisions of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012 Section 117.It outlines the current state of the economy, provides macro-fiscal outlook over the medium term and specifies the set strategic priorities and policy goals together with a summary of County spending plans, as a basis for the FY 2021/22 budget. The Paper specifies the strategic priorities and policy goals that will guide the County government in preparing its budget for FY 2021/2022.
