It will be the policy of Vihiga county to invest its funds in a manner which will provide the highest investment returns consistent with a high degree of security while meeting the daily cash flow demands of the county in accordance with the law governing the investment of public funds in Kenya. cash may, at the discretion of the county investment board be invested separately by fund of be put into a common investment portfolio and earnings from such Portfolio distributed monthly.......
