Abstract

Systematic management of the work environment can help structure the County in a way that prevents causes of ill-health and promotes good health. In order to achieve this, it needs to be a daily routine aspect of work. The County needs to put into consideration whether it is possible to execute the work in a way that contributes to improving the work environment. All the employees in the County must know how to reduce the risks involved in their work and contribute to creating a good work environment. The County needs shall ensure that all the employees get basic knowledge on the work environmental management. A good work environment enables operations at the County to be able to function well. Efforts to constantly monitor and improve the work environment must be a matter of high priority for everyone working at the County.
