Abstract/
The 2019 County Budget Revie\\ and Outlook Paper(C-BRO )) is prepared in accordance with the Public Finance Management Act. 2012. The paper's main focus is enhancing efficiency in resource mobilization and efficiency in budget implementation. This is achieved through the realistic allocation of the County Government resources to ensure that such resources go into full utilization in a mission of meeting the needs of the citizens .
