Abstract

The 2018 County Fiscal Strategy Paper is prepared in accordance with the Public Finance Management Act, 2012. It sets our county policies and Strategic priorities that will be the basis for formulation of 2018/2019 Financial Year budget and the medium term. It reaffirms the commitment of the County Government to economically and socially transform the county.
