The County Government of Machakos will endeavour to promote and participate in the achievement of economic, social , environmental and cultural development .This will be realized by focusing on effective and efficient service delivery to the people at all levels. This shall require a sound Monitoring and Evaluation of programmes and projects of the Government, taking into account the activities of all partners in a consistent and coherent manner
