Kiambu County Annual Development Plan 2021/2022

Abstract

The County Annual Development Plan (2021/22) is a one-year plan that provides the basis for implementing the County Integrated Development Plan 2018-2022 (CIDP), County budget review and outlook paper(CBROP), County fiscal strategy paper(CFSP) and the Budget. It is prepared in accordance to Section 126 of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012. It presents the strategic priorities that reflect the County government’s priorities and plans; programmes and projects to be delivered; measurable indicators of performance where feasible; and the budget allocated to the programme and projects. The preparation of Kiambu County Annual Development Plan (2021/22) was led by the County Executive Member in charge of Finance and Economic Planning. It was done in close collaboration with various stakeholders including government departments.
