dc.description.abstract	The fiscal strategy of Lamu County Government for the year 2020/2021 is set out in this paper. The CFSP is prepared in accordance to PFM Act section 117 which states that, the County Treasury shall prepare and submit to the County Executive Committee the County Fiscal Strategy Paper (CFSP) for approval and then shall submit the approved Fiscal Strategy Paper to the County Assembly, by the 28th February of each year. The contents of the CFSP are largely informed by the PFM Act section 117(2) which provides for the aligning of the CFSP with the national objectives in the Budget Policy Statement.
