| dc.description.abstract | The 2017 CFSP was prepared against the backdrop of improved performance in all sectors of the county’s economy. In order to maintain this momentum, we shall build on the achievements made so far; and through the policies set out in this CFSP we will double our efforts in order to address the existing as well as emerging challenges. Specifically, we shall over the medium term continue to invest heavily in the productive areas of our economy namely agriculture and infrastructure – roads and water.
