Abstract/ Overview
This FY 2017/2018 Kwale County Annual Development Plan is prepared in accordance with the provisions of Article 220 of the Constitution, 2010 and the requirements of section 126 of the Public Finance Management Act,2012.This Plan is framed on the premise of attaining the strategic objectives outlined in the first County Integrated Development Plan 2013-2017.The plan is expected to inform the development budget for the financial year 2017/2018. The Agriculture, Rural and Urban Development sector comprises of the department of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries and the department of Lands, Physical Planning and Natural Resources
