Busia County Recruitment and Selection Policy 2019

Abstract

The purpose of this policy is to provide a framework for structured, systematic and standardized recruitment procedures and practices in Busia County Public Service. The policy also seeks to promote the values and principles of the Public Service in recruitment as enshrined in Articles 10 and 232 of the Constitution of Kenya 2010. It therefore lays an appropriate foundation for the Board to discharge its functions effectively, efficiently, transparently, professionally and with integrity.
