dc.description.abstract	The development of this Annual Development Plan was achieved through an elaborate and consultative process involving key department’s stakeholders. The development process, coordinated by County Executive Committee member in charge of Finance and Economic Planning, Ms. Mary Nguli and a team of technical experts from the department who included; Ms. Sophiah Kamau, Mr. Stephen Mungai, Mr. Joseph Ng’ang’a, Mr. Samuel Muthondu, Ms. Charity Gathoni and Ms. Faith Makena.
