Abstract

The preparation of the CFSP, 2015 is a collaborative effort of the county departments with overall coordination by the Finance and Economic Planning department. The information in this report was obtained from the county departments and other units and we are grateful for their inputs. The 2014 Nyeri County Fiscal Strategy Paper is the first to be prepared under the new constitution with devolved governance structures. It sets out the priorities of the County Integrated Development Plan 2013-2017
