Abstract/ Overview
The County Annual Development Plan for the financial year 2022/2023 implements the second County Integrated Development Plan 2018-2022 pursuant to section 126 of the Public Finance Management Act (2012). It outlines the county’s development priorities in line with programme based planning and budgeting with clear objectives and output and outcome indicators planned for achievement by the departments in the plan period. The CADP 2022/23 derives its programmes and projects from the County Integrated Development Plan (CIDP) 2018-2022 and provides a basis for project identification, implementation and evaluation. It also provides a framework for coordinating development agenda across the sectors in the county government
