Circular on 2017/2018 values and principles compliance Evaluation Report and template July 2018 The previous six (6) Compliance Reports contain recommendations mean for implementation by ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDA.s). A review or the implementation status of subsequent reports from 2013 to 2017 indicates that some recommendations have remained unimplimented. Further, some crosscutting issues from the reports have been ldentified, its performance gaps while others that are ins,institution-specific remain outstanding across the public service.
