dc.description.abstract | Pursuant to Section 11 (e) of SRC Act 2011, the Commission set a four (4) year remuneration review cycle of remuneration and benefits in the Public Sector. The first cycle covered the period between the years 2013/14-2016/17 and the second cycle covered the financial years 2017/18- 2020/21. The third remuneration review cycle is set to cover the financial years 2021/22-2024/25. To inform the remuneration review, the Commission undertakes Job Evaluation to establish the relative worth of jobs. | en |
