dc.description.abstractThe Policy Brief on Hit and Miss: Eligibility Criteria for the Child Nutrition Improvement Programme in Kenya (CNIP) is a government initiative aimed at improving the nutritional status of children under five years old. However, the programme has been hindered by inconsistent and unclear eligibility criteria, resulting in missed opportunities for some children who would benefit from the programme. This policy brief examines the eligibility criteria for CNIP and suggests ways to improve its effectiveness and reach.en
