Migori County Integrated Development Plan 2023-2027

Abstract

The County Government of Migori recognises the value of coordinated development efforts among its stakeholders with the aim of delivering an accelerated and inclusive economic growth in the realization of higher standards of living, a fact that has informed my government’s commitment to the development of a highly consultative and participatory third generation County Integrated Development Plan (CIDP 2023-2027). The Plan builds on the achievements and lessons learnt from the challenges faced during the implementation of the second-generation CIDP. Its preparation process forms the framework through which efforts of the National, County government and other relevant stakeholders are coordinated at the local level and converge to produce a plan that is responsive to the needs and priorities that concerns the residents of the county.
