ADP is derived from the County Integrated Development Plan (CIDP). It provides an incremental platform for implementation and phasing of development projects and programmes within the CIDP. The ADP also provides a basis for resource allocation within the directorates in the county. The 2017/18 ADP outlines the thematic development areas and at the same time outlining the strategy for implementation of the said programmes.
