Abstract

This 2014 County Budget Review and Outlook Paper (CBROP) prepared in accordance with PFMA 2012 is the 2nd to be prepared under this county government administration. it presents the recent economic developments and the actual fiscal performance of the 2013/2014 and how this affects the financial objectives set out in the 2014 county fiscal strategy paper (CFSP). the updated macroeconomic outlook therein also provides us with a basis to revise the 2014/2015 budget in the context of the supplementary estimates, as well us set out the broad fiscal parameters for the next budget 2015/2016under the medium term framework........
