Wajir County Fiscal Strategy Paper 2015

Abstract

This is the second County Fiscal Strategy Paper (C-FSP) to be tabled in the County Assembly following the establishment of county governments. It contains the county government’s spending plans for 2015/16 Budget and the medium term, indicative resource envelope for the county departments and the fiscal responsibility principles. The first C-FSP was prepared in February 2014 and guided the budget making process of FY 2014/15. In addition, it gave the foundation in preparation of this year’s C-FSP.
