Mandera County Annual Development Plan 2018/2019

Abstract

The Mandera County Annual Development Plan (CADP) for the 2018/19 Financial Year provides a roadmap that will guide development in the County over the next one year. The plan will be linked to the county budgetary process to ensure proper prioritization of strategies and priorities geared towards achievement of the County’s vision. It is highly guided by the county’s medium term development blue print, the first generation Mandera County Integrated Development Plan (CIDP) 2013-2017 pending the finalization and approval of the Second Generation CIDP, the Kenya Vision 2030 and other international policies and commitments such as the Sustainable Millennium Development Goals.
